REFUND & RETURNS POLICY — THE LUXE AURA
PERFUMES — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
ALL PERFUME SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on perfumes.
If you receive a perfume that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our side, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

CLOTHING, FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES
RETURNS
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order and must be approved by The Luxe Aura before the item is sent back.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
We do not accept returns on:
• Underwear and socks
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
• Items carrying odours, including perfume, smoke, or deodorant
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Unauthorised returns
REFUNDS
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For change-of-mind returns, including an incorrect size, colour, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return courier fee, currently R110.
If the item is confirmed to have been incorrect, defective, or damaged prior to dispatch, The Luxe Aura will cover the applicable courier costs.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges due to incorrect size, colour, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the exchange courier fee, currently R150. This covers collection of the original item and delivery of the replacement.
If the exchange is required because we supplied an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, The Luxe Aura will cover the applicable courier costs.
IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible clothing, footwear, and accessory returns, refunds, and exchanges may also be processed in-store, subject to the same conditions above.
