At The Luxe Aura, we aim to get your fragrances to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Delivery Timeframes
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa. Once your order has been confirmed:
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Major cities and metros: Usually within 2–3 business days
Outlying areas and rural zones: Please allow the full 5 business days
Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (SAST) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after that time, or over weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery across the country. While we strive for fast service, please understand that unexpected courier delays or regional disruptions (e.g., load shedding, strikes, bad weather) may occasionally affect delivery times.
Shipping Fees

Packaging & Handling
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your fragrances arrive in perfect condition. Should there be any visible damage upon arrival, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. The Luxe Aura will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
