1. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
If a product is out of stock or pricing was incorrect, we may cancel and refund the order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service if necessary (e.g., suspected fraud).
2. Payments
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
Payments are processed securely through trusted providers.
We do not store your full card or payment details.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the order date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days once your return is received and approved.
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to approval.
