You can collect your order in person from The Luxe Aura, located at Clifton Mall, 53 Fountain Road, Fordsburg, Johannesburg, 2092. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp confirming that it is ready for collection.

Yes. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. All orders are shipped securely with trusted courier partners and typically arrive within two to four working days.
How much is the delivery fee?
We charge a flat delivery fee of R110 for orders below R1,500. Orders of R1,500 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in South Africa.
How long does it take to process my order?
